Our third coliving home in Chicago is opening this month, and you’re going to love it.
Located in historic Pilsen, Common Racine was originally built in 1890 and served as a community center in its early days. Considering it was a space originally designed for fostering community, it’s only fitting that it’s the site of our largest coliving home in Chicago to date.
Inspired by its history of community, we adapted Common Racine to meet all the needs of the modern renter. We optimized its prescribed common spaces for incredible amenities for our members like a wellness studio and gym, home theatre, lounge, outdoor grill area, and more.
Coliving in Chicago
Besides the communal spaces, Common Racine has 42 bedrooms, with 10 suites and 1 triplex apartment. Those rooms come with all of the amenities you’d expect from a Common home. That means fully furnished with premium furniture and decor, laundry on-site, all utilities included, free weekly cleaning, and more.
