For $1,750, members at Common Belmont can expect their own fully furnished, private bedroom within a beautiful shared suite, equipped with free in-unit laundry, free high-speed WiFi, and large windows that look out to the Hollywood sign and downtown.
As usual, free weekly cleaning, free household essentials (toilet paper, olive oil, detergent), and utilities will be included in one all-inclusive rate.
Members can also enjoy all the amenities, including the rooftop jacuzzi pool, community lounges with wide-screen TVs, and a gym with a private trainer. The home has bike racks and onsite parking spots available in the downstairs garage.

Common Belmont is in the ideal area for members to fully immerse themselves in all that the city has to offer. The home is surrounded by some of the best areas in LA: downtown to the southeast, Koreatown to the west, Silver Lake to the northwest, and Sunset Boulevard to the north. That means lively streets, amazing restaurants, and tons of local coffee shops.
The nearby Echo Park Lake has pedal boats and events like the Lotus Festival for everyone to enjoy, along with great eats at the Beacon and live music at the Echoplex.
Sunset Boulevard, named LA’s most famous roadway, is only a couple blocks away from the lake, where you can find the trendiest restaurants and coffee shops in the area to indulge at Ostrich Farm, Tsubaki, Eightfold Coffee, Sage Vegan Bistro, just to name a few.
