Why did you choose to work at Common?
Common’s vision for modern housing. It’s a great place to learn how tech and real estate are changing to improve the coliving experience. I was impressed with the quality of Common homes and the depth of experience in leadership.
How would you describe your overall ‘interview/onboarding’ experience?
My onboarding was a great introduction to coliving and a crash course in real estate. I was impressed with Common’s seamless internal processes and communication, which are important for being remote in DC. I also had plenty of time to get to know my NYC colleagues through training, lunch and happy hours.
What was your favorite thing about your first week at Common?
Meeting the team! We have so much talent from a wide background. It’s great to see representation and diversity.
