Discover Stella by Common in Marina del Rey, Los Angeles
Last Updated on
At Common, we consider Los Angeles our second home. Although our roots are in New York City, Los Angeles is poised to become our second biggest market, with three homes already open and over a dozen in the works. We love Los Angeles for its sunshine, its diverse communities, and the ability to get through a whole podcast during rush hour traffic — just kidding on that last one. That’s why we’re excited to welcome Stella by Common in Marina del Rey into our network of homes across the city. Everything else you need is right outside your door — from grocery stores to a Los Angeles essential: a gas station.
Discover the Common experience
Living in a Common home gets you more than just great amenities and a gorgeous apartment. At Common, we pride ourselves on speedy property services, our thriving community, and the convenience of our technology, like our Connect by Common app.
Hear what one member at a Common home had to say about working with our team after years of dealing with poor management:
Common recently took over the management of our apartment complex. We had a service issue that hadn’t been resolved for several months (and after several attempts) under the prior management. Common promptly dispatched a tech who fixed our issue on his first visit. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are thrilled to have a top-notch maintenance team managing our property. Thanks, Common Tech Team!
