An inside look at The Lanes by Common

Long Island City — it’s technically not an island or its own city, but between its explosive arts scene, gorgeous parks, and countless restaurants and bars, it’s safe to say that this vibrant neighborhood is its own slice of New York City paradise. It’s also the location of The Lanes by Common, a 150 unit coliving home with beautiful amenities, and our first home in the neighborhood.

Designed for coliving, The Lanes by Common offers private bedrooms in furnished shared suites, amenities like a rooftop deck and fitness center, and the built-in community that you’ll find at all of Common’s homes.
