This studio in South Harlem features hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and a large window. It offers a compact living space with a tiled bathroom and a small kitchen. Located on the first floor of a three-story building, this studio is conveniently located near A/C, B/D, and 2/3 train stations.
2. Studio for $1,950/month
A studio apartment in the same area offers a larger space with a sunny bedroom, large closet, and a small kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. Laundry is offered within this seven-story building. Like the first studio, public transportation options include the A/C, B/D, and 2/3 trains.
3. One-bedroom for $1,996/month
This one-bedroom apartment within a five-story building highlights its large rooms, a queen-size bedroom, and ample closet space. The kitchen has a fair amount of storage space, and the tiled bathroom is clean and simple. Close to the 2/3 and B/C trains as well as Central Park, the home makes getting around the city easy.
4. One-bedroom for $1,975/month
Another one-bedroom apartment — just blocks from Central Park — has a bedroom with large windows, a separate, compact kitchen, and a pink-tiled bathroom. The seven-story building has an elevator and laundry room. Plus, there’s a live-in super.
5. Common Lenox in Harlem starting at $1,690/month
Common Lenox is our newest home in Manhattan. This historic, five-story building comes equipped with an elevator, furnished suites, and a gorgeous rooftop.
