- 44% of Common new homes are ground up construction — we see large-scale ground-up projects as the best way to create innovative housing for the missing middle, and we’ve largely moved away from the smaller adaptive reuse homes we launched with
- 23% of the homes are a mix of coliving and traditional studio and one-bedroom units
- The largest portion of the pipeline is in Los Angeles, with New York City close behind
