Common Briar is open in Chicago, with rooms filling up quickly.

Located in historic Lakeview East, Common Briar is our second Chicago home, and located in one of the most happening parts of the city. Common Briar is just a few moments from the constant stream of definitive Chicago culture that is Broadway and Clark Streets, filled with live music, plays, sports events, nightlife, shopping, and more. Close to the waterfront and moments from Lincoln Park, imagine those warm Chicago summers when you can just grab some goods from the local grocery at Mariano’s, and head off for a picnic in the heart of the picturesque city.

The home itself is as gorgeous as the Windy City it calls home. Picture a beautiful open common room, complete with a luxe sofa, comfortable leather butterfly chair, and furnishings from the likes of Crate and Barrel, Interior Define, EQ3, and more. Hand-selected art hangs on the walls, and an open floor plan invites you into a kitchen decked out with new appliances and gorgeous finishings.
