What was your favorite thing about your first week at Common?
When I first started, my calendar for the first couple of weeks was fully packed with events. I was meeting people from all different teams and even shadowing leasing agents and member support specialists! It truly provided the value and understanding I needed to help set me up for success in my current role and understand the cross-functional workings of our company.
Why did you choose to work at Common?
There were a number of reasons, but what ultimately convinced me to join Common was the clear vision that senior leadership had about where the company was, where they wanted it to be, and what needed to be built or done for us to get there!
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A policeman when I was 6, and a chef when I was 10.
Can you describe your growth experience at Common?
The Digital Product team at Common has doubled since I started working here! I’ve had a chance to learn the business, learn from other members of the technology team, as well as help and mentor newer members on the team come up to speed.
What is your favorite snack in the office kitchen?
Mini Oreos!
