Why did you choose to work at Common?
I love the standard that Common sets as a company, especially when it comes to transparency and growth for each individual employee! Every person truly has an opportunity to thrive at Common.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a pediatrician! When I was growing up, I loved my pediatrician so much I would bring her snacks to all my appointments.
What was your favorite thing about your first week at Common?
Definitely the chance to meet so many people from different departments. This helped me put the whole company into perspective and allowed me to learn the different roles at the company.
Can you describe your growth experience at Common?
At this time, I have only been with the company for less than a year. However, there is so much encouragement for promotions and exploring different teams engrained in the company culture. In my short time here, I’ve witnessed many promotions and even someone creating their own team!
What is your favorite snack in the office kitchen?
I would have to say the s’more rice cake snacks. They’re delicious!
