Hi Liza! What does your day-to-day look like working for Common?
As a Junior Leasing Specialist, my role requires a mixture of skills in sales, people, and real estate. My days consist of touring potential leads through our homes in Los Angeles and matching them with their perfect home to meet our goals. I’m always collaborating and strategizing with my team on how we can reach our leasing goals and even my personal career growth goals.
What’s your favorite part about being a Junior Leasing Specialist?
Definitely the positive and encouraging work environment! I go to work every day feeling supported and ready to face the week ahead. There’s honestly nothing better than working with a team of people that makes work both fun and challenging. My team is incredibly collaborative and supportive, which inspires me to help even more people find the perfect place to call home.
How has your role changed since you started at Common?
My first week on the leasing team was filled with a lot of learning, insightful knowledge, and fresh faces. Since starting my role at Common 4 months ago, I have progressed from a Leasing Specialist in Training to a Junior Leasing Specialist! It’s amazing to see the growth that has happened in such a short amount of time.
