"Common took over management of my building in Chicago from another company and the transition was very smooth and easy. I felt they were more attentive to the needs of residents and took quick action whenever there were any issues. Communication was very regular and responsive. It's a wonderful thing to have all of your utilities bundled together with your rent - cuts down on remembering what to pay and when. Also the amenities are great - gym, common area (with shuffleboard, bar area and TV for hosting gatherings), dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. Even at the small size, it's got everything I need within the space and it's helped me to Marie Kondo my way into more minimal living. I'd recommend Common properties to others in the future."
